Best Bubble Parties Terms and Conditions  


Terms & Conditions Overview:

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Best Bubble Parties and the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing. These terms and conditions apply whether you have read them or not. By hiring Best Bubble Parties / Best Bubble Learning, you accept these terms.

Invoice/Contract Agreement

All bookings will require you to fill out an electronic Agreement prior to the event. This agreement is sent in an email link with the invoice/contract.  

When you approve your contract, you are confirming that:

  1. You understand and are in agreement with all the terms and conditions stated here
  2. All the information (date, time, location, type of party, everything...) is correct
  3. You have given your consent to allow Best Bubble Parties to charge your credit card for any balances due in the event that you do not pay the entire amount the day of the event – unless other arrangements have been specified and agreed in writing by both parties.

It is your responsibility to fill out the approval/agreement prior to your event. Best Bubble Parties may not provide our services if you have not filled out this form. 

Reservations for Parties and Events

Reservations are not finalized until a deposit is received and processed.


Reservations for Schools, Libraries and Organizations

Reservations are not finalized until a credit card is provided to hold or a Purchase Order/Agreement is provided. The balance, which is located on the invoice/contract that will be emailed, will be due the day of the event paid via cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit card, PayPal or business check unless other directions are specified in the purchase order. Checks are to be made out to Best Bubble Parties or Best Bubble Learning. There will be a $30 returned check charge.


Multiple Performers / Large Events
For events that require multiple performers or are priced over $1,000, the deposit may increase. Additional travel fees may apply. All rates subject to change.  


Balances Due for Parties and Events

The balance, which is located on the invoice/contract that will be emailed, will be due the day of the party paid via cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit card, PayPal or business check (unless other directions are specified in the purchase order). Checks are to be made out to ‘Best Bubble Parties’ or ‘Best Bubble Learning’. There will be a $30 returned check charge.



Please note that our Bubblists™ are on a very specific schedule. Please make sure the start time works for you and that you are able to begin the bubble party/entertainment at that specific time.  


If you need to add time to your party the day of (and the Bubblist™ and/or other performer is able/available) any additional balance will be added to your previous balance. We CANNOT guarantee that the Bubblist™ will be able to add time to your event the day of unless you have scheduled in advance as we often have several events a day for each Bubblist.



Bubblists™ arrive 15 minutes prior to start of show to set up.  

If you require the Bubblist™ arrive earlier, you will be charged $40/15 minutes. If you require the Bubblist™ to arrive more than the standard 15 minutes early, please provide this information when the party is booked so the charge will be included in the invoice.  


We have systems in place to ‘cover’ emergency party situations and we do everything in our power to get a replacement performer to you.  However, in the severely unlikely event that a Bubblist™ is unable to make it due to illness, emergency, or otherwise uncontrollable situation, you will receive a full refund of your paid deposit.  


Adult Supervision

Bubblists/performers are not responsible for any injuries, lost children or belongings of the CLIENT and/or guests. CLIENT is responsible to have adult supervision for all children at all times. The performer will not be able to carry out the activities if there is not an adult present.


Photos and Recordings

You may take all the still photographs you would like, but video recording bubble shows is not allowed. You may video record outdoor bubble play as you like.



Client will provide parking for bubblist. If parking is paid or metered, client will arrange/pay for parking/validation for all vehicles.



Gratuity is not included but always appreciated! Our staff members work hard and LOVE when you show your appreciation. Although never mandatory, we greatly appreciate you letting our staff know how much you enjoyed their performance and artistic abilities.  


Event Locations

Client pays for any licenses and permits required for their event location.  



If you, your organization, or location requires insurance, you need to make Best Bubble Parties aware of this while making the reservation and provide any verbiage that should be included in the Additional Insured Endorsements and Certificates.  

We maintain general liability insurance with $1 million per occurrence and a minimum of $2 million aggregate.

Additional Insured Endorsements are available for the date of the event or for the duration of the policy.

While most companies charge as much as $50 for a certificate of insurance, and $125 each if you also require primary verbiage, or a waiver of subrogation,  we provide this as a courtesy service as long as we are given at least 1 week to process your request.

Please allow at least 1 week to process your request.

Requests with less than 2 business days’ notice are subject to a $25 rush fee.

The Bubblists™ make every effort to arrive at events 15 minutes prior to the start time. Occasionally, factors beyond our control affect our ability to do so. If the Bubblist™ arrives more than 30 minutes late to said event you have the right to cancel the service and will be refunded deposit in full. However, once you allow the entertainment to begin, you have agreed to pay as contracted.  


Therefore, if you accept the service ordered, you shall be responsible for any balances due in its entirety.  


Refund Policy

We provide a full refund of the deposit less a $5 cancellation fee if you cancel 7 days or more before the party.  Within the week before the party, we will hold the deposit for a future booking (to be used within a year). If a child becomes ill and you need to cancel their party, please contact us right away.  

If Best Bubble Parties provides a refund, it can take 5-7 days for your credit card company to reflect it in your account.  


Rain Policy

In the case of rain when you have booked our Outdoor Bubble Play (either on its own or with the combination package), we have options.

  • If you have a party that is all outdoors and are cancelling your party, we will work with you to either reschedule or refund your party.
  • If you are moving your party indoors, we can convert your party to our Indoor Bubble Show.
  • If you have booked our combination indoor show + outdoor bubble play, we can either convert the party to our indoor bubble show only - or we can stay for as long as you have booked us and continue to play bubble games with the kids indoors.  The amount due will only be for what you choose to do.

We do not refund your deposit if..  

If we show up to a party, and you have not canceled our services, the full contract amount is due. We do not give refunds for weather unless you cancel BEFORE we travel to the party. We do not give refunds because it was cold or windy on the date of the party.  In fact, we tend to be the most fun thing at those rare parties with miserable weather!  :) We are willing to get wet and cold right along with the guests.


Right to Refuse Service

Our staff and their safety is of utmost importance to us. If the scheduled Bubblist™ or any performers feel at any given time that their safety has been compromised or if they have entered into a volatile situation, are abused physically, emotionally and/or sexually harassed in any way, we have the right to refuse service and have instructed our staff to exit the premises immediately in such a case. You will not be refunded any deposits and you may/will be charged in full if this occurs.  


Declined cards and checks:

If you choose to pay your balance with the credit card you have on file and the credit card is declined, or your check is declined, you will be informed by the office. It is your responsibility to contact the office immediately to provide new credit card information.


Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 5% late charge after a 10 day grace period and 1.5% monthly finance charge.



We love bubbles, we love our Bubblists,  and we especially love our bubble-family customers!... and we hate that we have to have so much legal mumbo jumbo.  But we do.  We are professionals, and we want you to know that we will take great care of you and your event.  We have high expectations for our Bubblists™ and our clients.  :)
